			Many companies find themselves in need of emergency satellite or network services.  We realise that providing quick and accurate service is vital to customer satisfaction. Here are some points to remember. We will accept or decline a mission within 15 minutes of your call.  When you call, please provide us with all of the pertinent information about the site.  For example, we will need to know about roof access (if we need to access the roof), site hours, contact information, and address.  We will also need to know about any special equipment or spare parts that will need to be taken/ used on site. Our ability to fly is useful, but not always guaranteed.  We reserve the right to decline a flight mission due to weather, mechanical, or other safety concerns. With our acceptance, we will provide you with the name of the tech who will handle the call as well as his/ her Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).  These times are estimates only, and may be longer due to traffic congestion, weather (on the ground and aloft), and availability of equipment.  The variations on ETAs and actual arrivals will be greater the further distance that we travel.  In many cases our ETA's are based on previous travel experience to the destination, and are usually fairly accurate. When flying, we are limited to 200lbs of "parts" plus our tools and an 18' ladder. Missions within a 100NM radius of Cookeville, TN will be driven.  This includes the cities of Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Lexington, KY, and Huntsville, AL.  These cities are all within a 2 hour drive of our home base. You must have an account set up with us in order to utilize our emergency services.  Setting up an account beforehand will save the trouble of having to negotiate terms, rates, and technically educating the servicing technician, thus saving valuable time when going to a customer's site.
